Reverse osmosis is a type of filtration that drastically reduces the salt content in the water. It is advisable in case of specific pollutants, that you can not remove with microfiltration, or in case of need of a very light water.
The osmosis system that we propose is based on simplicity and effectiveness.
We deliberately propose a system without unnecessary extras (display, ring tones, dials) that are little point, but support sellers to justify high prices. A reverse osmosis system has to provide safe and healthy water and that is why, we propose systems with made in USA, certified and guaranteed components.
The ROD2 model works with two parallel Filmtec membranes and an activated carbon pre-filter with Omnipure K5630 silver salts.
The choice is not trivial. The activated carbon filter with silver salts is bacteriostatic, furthermore you can adjust the salinity, just acting on mixing valve placed after the filter and before the membranes (only a quality filter allows you to do this kind of adjustament).
The system is equipped with an inpunt solenoid valve and an electronic flood sensor, created for users safety.
We use an Aquatech booster pumps (made in USA). Also this choice is the result of years of experience in the field, since booster pumps, unlike vane pumps, are not subject to wear and do not block for limestone presence.
